Camille Maxwell
President & CEO, SoCretely LLC
Camille Maxwell is the owner and President/CEO of SoCretely. Under her leadership she serves both as the head of the company and as a field testing technician, bringing hands on expertise to every project SoCretely takes on.
With a Master of Business Administration and 20 years of experience in construction and community development, Camille built SoCretely on a foundation of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Her entrepreneurial journey was shaped by her father, her mentor and confidant, whose advice she carries forward: stay committed, work hard, stay humble, and remember that entrepreneurship has no limits on success.
Camille is deeply committed to service. She volunteers with ACE (Architects, Construction, and Engineers), the NSBE Northeast Ohio Jr. Chapter, Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center, and other outreach initiatives across Greater Cleveland. She is also a member of NSBE Professionals, NAMC Northern Chapter, and the ECDI Women's Business Center in Cleveland.
