Cleveland's Lead Hazard Challenge

Cleveland and surrounding communities have some of the highest rates of childhood lead poisoning in Ohio. The city's older housing stock, much of it built before 1940, presents significant lead hazard risk.

SoCretely is committed to helping address this public health challenge by providing accessible, professional lead hazard evaluation services to property owners, landlords, and community organizations throughout Northeast Ohio.

As a small business committed to the Cleveland community, we understand the stakes and we take our role in protecting families seriously.

XRF Testing

XRF Surface Testing Only

SoCretely offers standalone XRF (X-ray fluorescence) surface testing for clients who need to identify the presence of lead-based paint on specific surfaces without a full inspection scope.

XRF testing provides fast, non-destructive results by measuring lead concentration directly through painted surfaces. It is commonly used for targeted evaluations, pre-renovation screening, and documentation purposes.
